A: The website migration service that we are offering is free (within a certain limit). We’ll migrate your website(s) to our top–tier cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping web hosting providers can result in lost information and undesirable downtime. That’s why we will perform all that for you for free!We have highly capable administrators whose primary task is to make sure that your website performs exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon famous web applications such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: We try to carry out all web site migrations as quickly as possible. However, we don’t have a set time frame for website migrations. There are certain facets that you have to consider – the mere size of your website and the workload of our website migration staff, etc. We constantly try to accomplish each migration in less than 48 hours. With less sizeable sites, our team typically manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: We don’t request any personal information. We’ll need, though, the login info for your present hosting account as well as the name of the web site that you’d like to move.

After that, we’ll tell you how to move the domain over to your web hosting account with us and how to change the DNS resource records.

A: While we transfer your web content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We will never touch base with them in any way.

A: We can transfer your site from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform provided that we can receive access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only web sites that we’re unable to migrate are the ones based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
